Best Budget Vegan Body Care.

Hiiiii,

Just a quick post to give these bomb shower products a shoutout! I had known about this brand being vegan but I wasn't aware they stocked them in Dealz aka Poundland in the UK.  They have a whole heap of scents from blueberry to watermelon with each one infused with some sort of oil.

These two are my favourites and for 1.50 they're an absolute steal.

Ps, I would encourage everyone to learn about the cruelty involved in testing on animals and the "ethics" of many brands. While at times it can be difficult to find information on some brands, I would urge everyone to really make the effort to boycott companies that exploit animals for testing as it's the only real way of ending it for good.
Just for reference other popular cruelty free brands are;

Essence, Catrice, Bourjois Paris, Lush, Dr.Organics, Nip+Fab, Sleek, Kat Von D, Anastasia Beverly Hills, ELF, Stella McCartney... to name a few!

For a full comprehensive list I'd recommend the site Logical Harmony. They have loadsss of brands already listed and regularly contact new ones to add to the list.

Vintage Galore.

Vintage outfit post

Hi all,

Yet again I've found myself gavitating towards my vintage pieces. I always love styling outfits around these kind of pieces because they make everything 10 times funner. The fluffy top is one of my mams oldies. I always find absolute gems in her wardrobe. Actually the retro jacket is from her closet too! It's like an 70s/80s dream. Everything from shoulder pads to bold colours to crop tops!
I thought the textures of this look worked really well together  the smoothness or the jacket coupled with the hairyness of the top I guess, it makes for an interesting combo. The jeans keep it somewhat interesting with the patchwork at the knees while the pointy boots stick with the overall polished theme. I also think this would look fab with a A-line denim skirt or a pair of brightly coloured structured trousers to give it a more definite 70s look!

What's your favourite fashion era?

Black and White ft Cara Delevinge

The end of an era for sure. Graduation day is definitely a time that you think is in the far future but of course like everything, it's upon you before you know it. No longer will I have to sit through various classes, see the same people everyday, go through the routine of early mornings and so on. Obviously college life still involves deadlines, lecturers etc but it will be a huge change to say the least!

I opted for a simple enough dress with chunky black heels for this night time attire. Bit of a dodgy colour to wear on a night out but sure look...
Jewellery was kept minimal as I decided to keep it as a fresher, cleaner look with small details. This tux dress from Missguided was the perfect piece that wasn't too revealing but still kept it appropriate for a night out.
It was a bit of an inspired outfit from the forever gorgeous Cara Delevinge. Known for favouring more boyish silhouettes, It's no surprise this type of dress is becoming more popular. Helping us flatter chested ladies out a little more, eh?

I thought this fab Missguided piece made for a great 'celebrity inspired look' to this blue tux jacket Cara wore to London Fashion week from Emilio Pucci's fall 2014 collection. Of course they are by no means identical, hence why I say 'inspired' but it's no harm to look to celebrities for ideas every once in a while!

Who is your go-to celeb for outfit inspiration?

Current Drugstore Faves.

Decided to do a bit of a beauty post today. Summer holidays have just began so hopefully, I will be able to post a lot more from now on.

Catrice:
This is a brand that doesn't seem to get much attention, but in my opinion is pretty comparable to  it's more expensive counterparts. Others have compared this concealer to being as good as Mac. It covers and hides blemishes really well and blends into the skin naturally while the powder sets any concealer without making it cake your darker.

Kiko:
I spotted this brand while away on a trip in Italy.everything was reasonable priced and looked amazing. However I wasn't able to buy everything so I limited myself to a few items, two of which are the 30 day treatment Mascara and the Kiss balm in Blackberry. Generally I wouldn't be too keen on balms or lipgloss or anything like that, I usually prefer a lipstick or nude lip. However, this
smelled devine! And actually adds a decent amount of colour
particularly for a balm! The mascara does what any mascara is supposed to do. However I would say it lengthens the lashes more then anything.

Maybelline:
This is a great dupe to Mac's paint pots. The consistency is the same and it goes on like a dream. This is in the shade 'on and on bronze' . Personally I think this works great with blue/green eyes!
